Public Records Request

Resolution 2009-1 sets forth Hanover Township's Right-to-Know Policy for requesting and processing public records requests in accordance with Pennsylvania's Right-To-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the Open Records Officer Chelsea Arthurs at Hanover Township, at (724) 947-9109.

A request under RTK can be made on the Uniform Request Form, from the PA Office of Open Records, or on the Hanover Township Open Records Request Form. These forms can be obtained from the PA Office of Open Records at http://openrecords.state.pa.us/ or by downloading the PDF form below.

Written requests may be submitted to the Township in one of the following manners:

Any appeals of a decision to deny access to a record by the Hanover Township Open Records Office can be appealed to the PA Office of Open Records. An appeals officer will be assigned by that office:
