Board of Supervisors elected 6- year terms
2023 Board of Supervisors
This board consists of three members elected at large for a six-year terms. They set policy, make and adopt all ordinances, by-laws, rules and regulations, and are responsible for the financial condition of the Township.
The Supervisors meet on the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. Members of the Board of Supervisors are: Dale Handick Chairman; Herbert Grubbs, Vice-Chairman; and William Michael Member
PLANNING AND ZONING
Planning Commission appointed 4- year term
Planning Commission
Reviews all of the proposed plans for development within the Township. They meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month, as necessary, at 7:30 p.m. Members are: Dave Neeley Chairman, William Zickefoose, Brian Beyerbach, , Jocelyn Ebert and Herb Grubbs.
Uniform Construction Code Board of Appeal appointed yearly
Uniform Construction Code Board of Appeals
Established to comply with the mandates of the Uniform Construction Code. Meetings will be held when an appeal is made to the Uniform Construction Code.
Members are: __________________, Paul Paden and Dave Donati .
Zoning Hearing Board appointed 3-year terms.
This board is a quasi-judicial body that hears and decides appeals from landowners seeking a Special exception or a variances to the zoning ordinances. The Zoning Hearing Board meets when needed.
Members are: Ron Fox, Mary Lemmi and Ralph Farulli and Dave Boyce as the alternate.
Zoning Hearing Board meetings are scheduled as needed by the Zoning Hearing Board

Members are Timothy Seech Chairman, Vice Chair, Chris Trudy, member Nancy Volkner Secretary/ Treasurer, and Ralph Speer member.
*** HTSA currently has two board positions to fill. One term expires December 2024, the other December 2026, both subject to reappointment. Anyone interested should submit a letter of interest to the township supervisors for consideration at 11 Municipal Drive Burgettstown, PA 15021.***
